What changed at Greenlin Park
Between the September 2024 staff report and the adopted proffers, Greenlin Park's floor area fell by a third and the project added a noise limit, a height cap, a peak power cap and cleaner generators. One term loosened, and the fire and rescue rate stayed at $0.26 a square foot. Three of the 11 documented comparisons:

Each record says whether it is verified from the official record, partly verified, or based on secondary sources. Where a key document could not be obtained, the record says so. Proposed terms are kept separate from adopted ones, and conditions on one project are not general rules for its jurisdiction.
